  4. Cheques / Demand Drafts can be accompanied with specific letter for the services required.
  5. Services once requested and paid for cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be entertained.
  6. Customers are solely responsible for giving accurate information in respect of date, time and place of birth and postal address / e-mail address
  7. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all e-mail sent from us are delivered to their e-mail account inbox ( exclusion of our domain / e-mail id through e-mail filters will not be our responsibility)
  8. Remittances can be made as follows :
  • Through cheques/demand drafts payable at Mumbai
  • Direct remittances to the bank account using the swift code
  • Money remittances through Western Union Money Transfer ( In such cases, customers should provide the MTCN number along with the service request)
